Hi, I’m Bethany, a trauma-informed therapist here to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

I use evidence-based, body-centered approaches like EMDR and Somatic Therapy to support your nervous system in safely processing past experiences. My work helps you move past old patterns, reduce overwhelm, and step into a life that feels lighter, clearer, and more resilient. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, practical, and real and yes, I might say “fuck” or something like that if it fits the moment.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, burdened, or unsure where to start, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and guidance, helping you create lasting change at a pace that works for you.

I believe in Whole Person Wellness, which means we look at all parts of your well-being—emotional, mental, physical, and relational. Every session is tailored to your needs, honoring your experiences and goals along the way.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when trauma is part of your story. Clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and direct. I create a safe, grounded space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I offer daytime in-person and virtual sessions, making therapy approachable, practical, and effective.
