Using evidence-based, body-centered approaches like EMDR and Somatic Therapy, I support your nervous system in safely processing past experiences. My work helps you move past old patterns, reduce overwhelm, and step into a life that feels lighter, clearer, and more resilient. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, practical, and real and yes, I might even say “fuck” if it fits the moment.
