These powerful mind/body therapies help you heal from the emotional distress and symptoms caused by unhealed trauma. By using alternating bilateral stimulation, these methods allow your brain to reprocess memories that were “faultily stored,” accessing the root of your current symptoms and helping clear out old experiences that keep you stuck in a cycle.
